My last trip took 15+ mins all because they have no signage on the pumps that their card reader doesnt work, nor do they take debit outside. I wont be going here anymore. The remodel inside is nice, but you now are forced to go inside if you want to pay with debit. I went to pay inside and the self-pay register I was using showed the pump was unavailable. I told someone working there and they told me to make sure the pump wasnt taken off yet. I told them it never was. They did absolutely nothing to help. They didnt even know who was working outside. I had to go in and out like 5x because no one knew what was going on or how to help. π This location now only sells ethanol 15, with the exception of expensive premium gas. With all the frustration and ridiculousness, I headed to Space Age instead. Same price, no ethanol 15 yet.

I've been getting gas here for years without issue. They recently altered their credit card system so that each time I use my card the company flags it with a $226 fraudulent charge and cancels the card. The first time I thought it was a mistake. The second time I called. They changed the system and add a $226 charge in addition to the fuel you use, flagging the fraud department and canceling my card. There's no reason to visit if it's going to cost me a week or more before I get another card in the mail. My advice, don't bother.

I've been going to the pilot for a long time today. And today, I felt like with the all new re modeling was confusing. Because I haven't been there in years. I don't get out in that area. For a long time, but I always love the pilot. And I hope I can't wait till it gets back to normal with the new remodel. I hope things get better. And I hope you know, everyone can go there and visit the new pilot

These are the NICEST gas station bathrooms I have ever seen. Lorrie was so friendly and cleaned them really well ! I know it was just a bathroom stop, but she somehow managed to make the stop much more memorable. Thank you Lorrie for being so kind !!

I had to stop everything I was doing to write this review. It's chaotic, unstructured, and written in real time. This is the best rest stop. The gas is the cheapest I have seen today (driving from Portland). There is a taco bell and a cinnabun in the same building. And they followed my food directions. The tacos have the regular volume of ingredients, except it is only meat paste and cheese. And it is what taco bell tacos in other locations want to be. It was the 70% meat paste all along. They have the new 1 liter resealable arizona tea bottles, and they are on sale so I can get both of my favorites. They have subway, they have literal icee brand slushie machines, and there is a coffee wall, not a station. This place is a gem. At the cinnabun, there are 3 trays of the classic rolls, and two of them just came out of the oven. They're less than $5. Spongebob is playing in the subway, which is technically also the taco bell. I would describe the episode, but it seems like it might just be nonsense. Mrs. Puff is being traumatized by Spongebob again. And it's on cable. A 90s kid definitely had input with it. 10/10 recommend.
